This week in healthy living: New studies suggest that exercise plays the most critical role in your waist size. The biggest problem for many people is lack of physical activity. If this trend continues, by the end of the century, hardly anyone will be exercising and obesity will be almost unstoppable.
That's good news for your diet; you may be able to eat what you want as long as you are active! Certainly, eating nutritious foods is still part of a healthy lifestyle, as is engaging in regular chiropractic care, but so too is getting physically active. It’s not just your health that depends on it. It’s your life.
